Will I receive a confirmation of my purchase?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation a few seconds after your order has been placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
When will the payment be charged?
The payment will only be charged once your order has been shipped.
Shipping
What delivery options do you offer?
We ship with UPS or Bring to a parcel shop or directly to your address.
When will my order be shipped?
If you order before 3:00 PM on a weekday, we will ship your order the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be dispatched the following business day. You will typically receive your package within 3–4 business days.
What happens if I don't collect my package?
It will be returned to us, and you will be refunded the amount minus shipping and return costs. Please let us know if you do not wish to collect your package.
Returns and Exchanges
How long is my return period?
You have 30 days' full right of return from the date you receive your order.
How do I return an item?
Use our returns portal, which you can find here: https://returns.reversio.io/cocouture. Register your return by following the steps in the returns portal. There is a return handling fee of 39 DKK, which will be deducted from your refund.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes – you can exchange for a different size. Register your exchange in the portal and follow the instructions: https://returns.reversio.io/cocouture.
We will cover the shipping on your exchange order.
Can I return an item without using your portal?
No, we only accept returns made through our returns portal. This is to ensure you receive the fastest possible processing.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue a refund via the same payment method. This may take up to 7 banking days depending on your bank.
What do I do if the item is defective?
Contact us at shop@cocouture.dk with your order number, a description, and photos. We will cover the shipping costs for approved warranty claims.
What if I purchased from a retailer?
In that case, please contact the retailer directly – we only handle orders placed through cocouture.com.
